SoA2USDM

Schedule of Activities tables from clinical trial protocols, as data that can be checked against the printed page.

A Schedule of Activities table is a 2D presentation of study logic, constrained by paper. SoA2USDM transcribes each table into five constructs and carries them through three schemas. Every element points back to its place on the page, and human judgement enters only through sidecars.
